Job Description
Join the Team Behind Employee Wellness at TxDOT.
Are you passionate about health, wellbeing, communications, and helping people thrive at work? Do you enjoy taking initiative, bringing ideas to life, and working on projects that make a real impact?
TxDOT's Live Well. Work Well. Employee Wellness Program is looking for a motivated graduate student to join our statewide wellness team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting wellness programs that serve thousands of employees across Texas.
You’ll work directly with the Employee Wellness Team to help plan, promote, and support programs that encourage healthier lifestyles, improve wellbeing, and create a positive workplace culture. No two days are exactly alike—you may be developing wellness communications one day, helping facilitate a presentation the next, and supporting a statewide wellness initiative the day after.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both people-focused work and behind-the-scenes project support, and who wants to build real‑world experience in employee wellness, health promotion, communications, and program operations.
