Remote People Ltd. seeks an experienced HR/Payroll Support professional to handle employee and client inquiries across international jurisdictions. You will guide cases from first contact to final resolution on a borderless, remote-first platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Employee Support or related fields, plus hands-on experience supporting diverse teams across multiple countries and using ticketing systems in SLA-driven settings.

• At least 3 years of experience in Employee Support, HR Operations, Payroll Support, or Global Employment.
• Hands-on experience supporting employees or clients across multiple EMEA countries.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
