Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Success Manager to champion a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace by leading programs that strengthen employee-supervisor partnerships and the overall employee experience.

You will oversee visa work applications, workers’ compensation programs, policy development, investigations, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational values alignment. Hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations management.
• 8+ years of experience with Workers’ Compensation program management and data analysis.
• 8+ years of experience developing and updating policies, procedures, and communicating to staff.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Sets and advances a clear vision for employee relations aligned with organizational values and long-term business success.
• Leads programs that support employee–supervisor partnerships and retention.
• Manages foreign national employee visa work applications and processes.
• Manages Worker’s Compensation program including EMR data analytics and compliance.
• Investigates employee relations issues and provides recommended resolutions.
• Advises and counsels managers on employee relations best practices and compliance.
• Develops and delivers training on workplace conduct and performance management.
• Collaborates with HR and legal teams to ensure compliant handling of employee matters.
• Analyzes trends to identify risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Supports development and communication of HR policies and standards.
• Promotes a culture of respect and inclusion.
