Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Success Coach to support internal employees in overcoming barriers and achieving personal and professional goals.

You will assess needs, develop SMART plans, maintain confidential records, and coordinate resources with internal teams and community partners. The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree and a strong commitment to the mission of Goodwill.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management or related nonprofit/human services role.

Responsibilities

• Support employees by addressing personal and professional barriers and setting goals.
• Coordinate resources and partnerships to assist employees.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans with SMART goals.
• Engage with community agencies to enhance employee support services.
