Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant experience in career coaching or direct client services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass all applicable background checks required by the agency and state/county services.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct coaching and support to clients in areas such as attendance, grooming, job-seeking skills and work practices.
• Conduct classes and individual sessions on job search techniques and resume development; offer on-site coaching and after-hours support.
• Review referral and enrollment information; conduct initial interviews and intakes with clients; provide community resources.
• Adhere to program policies and CARF standards; ensure compliant documentation.
• Maintain client records daily and document services for billing and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to identify client needs and improve service delivery; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Complete required documentation including daily notes and monthly reports; represent the agency professionally.
