Alterra Mountain Company at Schweitzer Mountain is seeking a part-time seasonal Company Store Associate. You will issue, track, launder and return uniforms, sell products and food/beverages, and provide friendly service to guests during weekends and holidays. The role requires basic computer skills, cash handling capability, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Prior retail experience is preferred. Availability on weekends/holidays is essential.

• Minimum education: English reading, writing, communications and basic math.
• Minimum time in related position: 1 month retail experience preferred.
• Technical: basic computer skills required.
• Physical: able to stand and walk for up to 8 hrs per day, may lift up to 50lbs.

Position Summary: The Company Store Associate is responsible for issuing, tracking, laundering and returning uniforms. Additionally sell products, food and beverages. Should have availability on weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude.
• Being proactive with operational and company needs without direction.
• Clean and maintain damaged uniforms.
• Have accurate and consistent cash handling skills.
• Be responsible for balancing cash tills at the end of each day.
• Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable.
• Become knowledgeable with Schweitzer Mountain facilities.
