Job summary

Schweitzer Mountain Resort is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Company Store Associate to manage uniform issuance, tracking, laundering and returns, while also selling products, food and beverages.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, friendly customer service, accurate cash handling and the ability to balance tills daily. Some experience in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, communications and basic math.
• 1 month retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

• Be proactive with operational and company needs without direction.
• Clean and maintain damaged uniforms.
• Have accurate and consistent cash handling skills.
• Be responsible for balancing cash tills at the end of each day.

Position Summary

The Company Store Associate is responsible for issuing, tracking, laundering and returning uniforms.

Additionally sell products, food and beverages.

Should have availability on weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities

Specific Job Skills

License/Certifications- None

Technical- basic computer skills required

Physical Capabilities- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hrs per day, may lift up to 50lbs occasionally

Additional- Cash handling experience preferred
