Qualifications

  • Auditing experience; BS/BA degree preferred.
  • High level of computer proficiency required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software and reporting tools.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Part-time role: 20 hours per week with set hours (8am–1pm or 9am–2pm).

As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 4 months with the possibility for conversion to full time.

This temporary assignment will require 20 hours per week, with specific scheduled hours of either 8am - 1pm or 9am - 2pm.

What you will be doing:
  • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
  • Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
  • Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
  • CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.

  • This position is part-time and requires that you have availability to work 20 hours per week, with specific scheduled hours of either 8am - 1pm or 9am - 2pm

The hourly salary for this temporary assignment is $18.00 per hour.

The compensation range listed reflects what Bright Horizons, in good faith, anticipates offering for this temporary assignment. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and other business or organizational considerations.
