Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Five or more years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations responsibility.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated success in conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations issues.

  • Experience recruiting professional-level roles

  • Strong relationship-building and employee engagement skills.

  • Work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc).

  • Prior professional experience and affiliation to a Human Resources Department in a healthcare setting.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel

  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals
