Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Two years of professional HR experience.
• Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with performance-based and conduct-based actions, including PIPs and disciplinary actions.
• Support grievance hearings and administrative inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between bargaining units and university management.
• Stay current on federal and state labor laws and apply them appropriately.
