ISA Certified Arborist is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to administer HR practices in compliance with laws and promote positive relationships in Norfolk, VA. This full-time, in-office position requires HR experience and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

The Employee Relations Specialist administers employee relations and human resources practices consistent with local, state, and federal laws while maintaining and developing positive working relationships between people. This role is hourly, full‑time, in‑office in Norfolk, VA. Previous professional experience in HR or Employee Relations is required to be considered for this role; bilingual applicants in English and Spanish are preferred.
