IQVIA is seeking an Employee Relations professional to advise, coach, and lead investigations across a high-volume ER workload in a dynamic corporate setting. The role focuses on policy interpretation, performance management coaching, and facilitating organizational change to improve team effectiveness.

The candidate should have at least 2+ years in Employee Relations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, analytical, and case-management skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Employee Relations.
  • Honesty, integrity, and strong knowledge of HR principles and employee relation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections.
  • Strong business technical writing skills and excellent communication/people skills.
  • Ability to investigate and bring closure to complex HR issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Highly skilled in creating credible business partnerships within the organization with managers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the teams to be most effective.
  • Assist with training and regulatory audits as needed.
  • Experience preferably in handling high volume Employee Relations workload within prescribed time frames.
  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to embrace change, and suggest creative innovative solutions as it relates to the
  • business needs
  • Prior experience in working with a case management system preferred.
Machine, Tools and/or Equipment Skills:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience with Workday and Service now preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $54,600.00 - $136,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
