Huntsville Hospital seeks an HR professional to coach, counsel, and advise Managers/Unit Directors on performance issues, including terminations and Title VII investigations, while applying policies and procedures and performing general HR functions.
Require a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management, plus at least two years in HR, preferably employee relations; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
This position provides support by coaching, counseling, and advising Managers/Unit Directors on all performance issues; to include: terminations, conducting Title VII investigations, effectively applying policy and procedures and performing other general Human Resources functions.
Require Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations.
Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding sensitive and often complicated issues. Oral presentation skills required. Must be able to set priorities, coordinate and organize multiple tasks and maintain control of work flow. Must be proficient in routine mathematical computations and analyses. The ability to read, comprehend and prepare moderately complex written material, such as government regulations or policies and procedures is required. Must be able to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer, word processing, spreadsheet software and e-mail.
