The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Director, Benefits & Human Capital Management (HCM) Support with a flexible work schedule. Reporting to the AVP of HR, this role provides strategic leadership over Benefits, Leave Administration, ADA accommodations, and HCM support, ensuring compliant, high-quality service across the employee lifecycle.

You will oversee NSHE-sponsored and state health, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs, lead leave and absence management, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Eight years of HR experience with at least five years in benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or related areas, plus three years in supervisory/management roles.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with two additional years of relevant experience or four additional years of relevant experience can qualify.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Benefits, Leave Administration, ADA accommodation processes, and HCM Support.
• Provide strategic leadership, ensuring compliant delivery of programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop operational standards, monitor service levels, and drive continuous process improvement.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field

Eight (8) years HR experience with five (5) years overseeing benefits/leave/HR operations

Three (3) years supervisory/management experience

In lieu of a bachelor's degree: associate's degree plus 2 years relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience
