Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and respond to employee concerns and complaints.
• Conduct timely, thorough, impartial workplace investigations and document findings.
• Provide guidance on coaching, warnings, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with managers and HR leadership on corrective actions and policy interpretation.
• Prepare summaries and reports for HR leadership; track metrics on cases and trends.
• Deliver training on respectful workplace conduct, investigations, and policy compliance.
