Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support day-to-day ER operations, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace. This role is based in Chicago, IL and Westlake, TX with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, contributing across multiple HR areas.

The position offers exposure to investigations, training collaboration with Legal, and working in a high-growth environment with strong ethics at the core.

Qualifications

• 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in employee relations or HRBP roles in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes.
• Knowledge of core HR practices and employment laws at state and federal levels.
• Experience with performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Align ER policies with legal requirements and company values.
• Support ER investigations and observe interviews under senior ER guidance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal on ER training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity and generate routine reports.
• Assist in managing severance agreements and accommodation logistics.
• Monitor ER team inbox and escalate complex or sensitive matters.
