Responsibilities

• Guides management and employees on performance, policies, employment laws, and corrective actions.
• Conducts investigations of employee relations issues and writes detailed reports.
• Supports unemployment hearings, background checks, and subpoena processes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of actions and investigations.
• Coordinates training on performance improvement, supervisory skills, and feedback.
• Analyzes employee relations data and interprets trends for leadership.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
