Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in a HR leadership role required.
• 5 years experience in employee or labor relations required.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation and collaboration on HR issues with site leadership and Human Capital Service departments.
• Acts as a business partner, managing multiple departments as part of their portfolio, handling complex employee and labor relations issues.
• Oversees the HR staff in their department.

This position also functions as a business partner, handling multiple departments as part of their portfolio, managing complex employee and labor relations issues on a daily basis. Oversees the HR staff in their department.
