Provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of HR issues, providing feedback and linkage to the Human Capital Service departments as well as their site's senior leadership team. This position also functions as a business partner, handling multiple departments as part of their portfolio, managing complex employee and labor relations issues on a daily basis. Oversees the HR staff in their department.
