Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to lead the Employee Relations team and guide investigations and workplace issue resolution in line with laws and company policy.

The role involves advising Workforce Services, Industrial Relations, and Project leadership while identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement within a large project environment.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and anti-harassment laws.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Employee Relations professionals.
• Oversee case management, investigations, and resolution.
• Ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
• Partner with Workforce Services and Project leadership.
• Promote consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing employee relations programs.
