We value 5–8 years of HR experience, direct employee relations, and certifications such as SHRM. You will work on-site Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 and Friday 8:00–4:00, with compensation of $80k–$110k base plus

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations and investigations.
• SHRM certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law and benefits regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work on-site Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 and Friday 8:00–4:00.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary intake for employee complaints and document investigations.
• Coordinate fact-finding interviews and evidence gathering.
• Administer employee benefits programs and guide open enrollment.
• Manage termination process including final pay and COBRA notices.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and firm policies.
• Support performance reviews and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and neutral handling of all cases.
