Job summary

Axiom, a leading provider of on-demand legal talent, seeks an Employee Relations Investigator to support its Centralized Investigations team. This on-site role requires working five days a week at one of several NA locations, including Tempe, AZ.

You will interview associates and contractors, document findings, and partner with Legal, ER, and vendors to resolve complex employee relations matters. The ideal candidate has at least two years of full-cycle investigations, excellent writing and

Qualifications

• Two years of full cycle employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues.
• Excellent writing skills with clear documentation of investigation findings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~30 interviews per week on sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues.
• Analyze data from internal systems and document interviews; assist with admin tasks.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify trends in casework data to support proactive issue mitigation.
• Manage your schedule to stay organized and lead interviews.
• Collaborate with business partners, Legal teams, ER teams, and 3rd party vendors on investigations.
• Operate with tools like Salesforce and other people management software.
