Axiom, a large technology company, seeks an Employee Relations Investigator to support NA locations from on-site offices. The role emphasizes interviewing, data analysis, and collaboration with Legal and ER teams to resolve complex employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, writing, and administrative skills, and be comfortable with Salesforce and related tools while working at one of several locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience conducting full cycle employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn trust.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience documenting investigation findings clearly.
• Ability to ask probing questions to uncover key details.
• Strong administrative skills supporting team operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30 interviews a week on highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues.
• Analyze data from internal systems; document interviews; support with admin tasks.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of feedback from employees and stakeholders.
• Analyze aggregate casework data to identify trends and mitigation opportunities.
• Manage schedule efficiently and stay organized to lead interviews.
• Consult with business partners, Corporate ER, Legal, and 3rd party vendors on investigations.
• Work with Salesforce and other tools as needed.
