Job summary

Axiom is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to support its Centralized Investigations team across NA locations. The role requires on-site presence at Nashville, TN or other listed locations and involves conducting sensitive employee relations interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with Legal and ER teams.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on fair, unbiased investigations.

Qualifications

At least two years of full-cycle employee investigations experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
Exceptional writing skills documenting investigation findings clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to ask probing questions to uncover key details.
Proven administrative skills supporting team operations and objectives.
Experience with Salesforce and HR software for case management.

Responsibilities

Conduct 30 interviews per week on sensitive HR and employee relations issues.
Analyze data from internal systems and document interviews; assist with administrative tasks.
Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of feedback from employees and stakeholders.
Analyze aggregate case data to identify trends and mitigate issues.
Manage schedule, stay organized, and lead interviews effectively.
Collaborate with business partners, ER teams, Legal, and vendors on investigations.
Utilize Salesforce and HR software to support investigations.
