As our Employee Relations Investigator, you will analyze, problem-solve, and collaborate to ensure objectives are met, working closely with customers and colleagues. Your mission is to foster a positive culture by achieving safety and quality goals, leading to customer satisfaction and profitable results.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or related roles, with skills in interviews and working in large organizations. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or HR professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), is required.

The annual base pay range is $90,300 – $124,190, depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus plan at 10% target incentive is also offered.
