Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more HR functional areas.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations across the institution.
• Provide consultative services to managers and supervisors.
• Advise on conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Mediate workplace disputes effectively.
• Lead investigations and develop policy interpretations in relation to contracts and labor relations.
