Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2 years administrative and/or people experience with an emphasis on employee wellbeing.
• Experience processing unemployment insurance and handling counselings.
• Strong background in employee advocacy, conflict resolution, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing team member events within budget.
• Monitor recognition programs and service awards.
• Update team member communications and training records.
• Assist with unemployment claims processing.
• Address employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain attendance tracking in HRMS and support staffing.
• Serve as a resource for team members and management.
