Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement HR policies across the company.
• Maintain employee relations documents and personnel files.
• Liaise between group leaders and employees; coordinate with ER specialist as needed.
• Receive and handle employee complaints; escalate when necessary.
• Assist investigations and disciplinary actions with support from specialists.
• Prepare termination documents including TN separation notices and unemployment responses.
• Conduct exit interviews and surveys.
• Audit and report as assigned by management.
• Promote and coordinate company events and activities.
• Support programs to establish performance standards for employees.
• Report absenteeism, leave status, policy application, safety, productivity issues.
• Develop programs to improve morale and employee involvement.
• Preserve confidentiality of medical documentation; stay current on related laws.
• Support other HR functions as necessary; advocate for both employees and the company.
