Beyond Blue is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Employee Relations function at Pavilion, FL. You will assist with intake, case management, documentation, investigations, and compliance tracking to ensure timely, fair resolution of workplace issues.

You will serve as a resource for HR staff and employees, maintain accurate records, support ER processes, and contribute to a positive, compliant work environment through collaboration with HR

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support.

Job Summary

Provides administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations (ER) function. Assists with case management, documentation, investigations, and compliance tracking to ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of workplace issues. Serves as a resource for HR staff and employees by maintaining accurate records, supporting ER processes, and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
