Job summary

United Response is seeking an Employee Relations advisor to join the People & Inclusion team to cover a maternity leave of up to 12 months. You will support Operations Managers on a broad spectrum of ER matters, including investigations, performance and absence management, and compliance issues, while upholding the organisation's values of inclusion and equality.

• Experience handling employee relations case work from straightforward to complex
• Capable of conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, advisory approach

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice to Operations Managers on a range of matters
• Lead or support investigations into disciplinary, grievance and misconduct issues
• Support performance and absence management and capability/compliance investigations
• Advise on data protection requests, whistleblowing, and related processes
