Job summary

Christman Company in Chattanooga seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction programs. You will supervise teams, coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, and manage scope, schedules and budgets from bid through warranty.

You will establish project goals, mentor staff, oversee risk management, safety, and quality, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple large and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, budgets, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for projects.
• Determine staffing requirements and establish work plans for each phase.
• Manage CM bid process and post-bid reviews; oversee bid packages.
