The Kendall Group in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution of stock. You will pick and pack orders, assist with deliveries, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to work in a distribution center setting. DOT exam and safety compliance may apply.

Qualifications

Entry-level work experience accepted; high school diploma or GED required.
Driver's License with appropriate state licensing and clean driving record if required to drive.
Must pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a 1-Year Card (paid by The Kendall Group).
Ability to use standard warehouse equipment, barcode scanner, printer; basic math and reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and distribute products; maintain inventory accuracy.
Pick, pack, and ship orders promptly and accurately.
Assist with counter sales or deliveries as needed.
Operate forklift, hand trucks, or other equipment as qualified.
Participate in inventory cycle counts and safety initiatives.
