Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing stock across our facilities. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, pick and pack orders, and prep shipments, while operating standard warehouse equipment as needed.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center environment; training is provided, and opportunities for advancement within our employee-owned company are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to use standard office equipment and barcode scanner.
• Basic math and reasoning skills; accurate data entry and counting.
• Excellent work ethic and verbal/communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow supervisor directions.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders promptly and accurately.
• Receive inventory and restock designated storage areas.
• Operate forklift or hand trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Count and verify inventory in assigned areas; report discrepancies.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety within the Distribution Center.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training sessions.
• Attend meetings and perform any other Distribution Center tasks as assigned.
