Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, stocking, and distributing inventory across multiple locations. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, restock shelves, and assist with forklift operations as needed.

A strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork is essential. Physical work in a distribution environment includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and operating standard warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute stock accurately.
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment.
• Pack orders and receive inventory promptly.
• Restock inventory in designated areas.
• Load/unload trucks following procedures.
• Operate forklift/hand trucks as required.
• Count and verify inventory in assigned areas.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
