Crafton Tull, a 100% employee-owned planning, design, and surveying firm in Arkansas, seeks a Vice President Civil to direct engineering, survey, and inspection activities. The role requires a PE in AR and willingness to travel up to 60% for project leadership and client engagements.

Responsibilities include policy development, project oversight, budgeting, client relations, and serving on management committees. Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS preferred; 10 years related experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; MA/MS preferred; 10 years related experience or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer to work in Arkansas; ability to obtain licenses in other states if required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of engineering, survey, and inspections of Crafton Tull.
• Prepares operational and regulatory reports as required and ensures deadlines.
• Meets with clients to determine needs, present proposals, and secure contracts.
• Oversees project managers and ensures progress on assigned projects.
• Acts as agent to sign contracts, allocate resources, and approve expenditures.
