Job summary

Crafton Tull is a 100% employee-owned planning, design, and surveying firm headquartered in Arkansas. We seek a Civil Engineer capable of project management, design oversight, client coordination and cost estimation to drive municipal and infrastructure projects.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and at least four years of related experience; a Professional Engineer license in Arkansas is required. Travel up to 50% and a strong team environment are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum four years related experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs and directs engineering projects (streets, roads, municipal, facilities, trails, parks, utilities).
• Calculates costs and prepares detailed cost estimates based on data analysis.
• Uses CAD/engineering software to create design documents and reports.
• Prepares reports, plans and schedules for projects and coordinates with clients and officials.
• Supervises design work of engineers and technicians as needed.
• Maintains project progress reports and ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
