Job summary

Crafton Tull & Associates Inc is a 100% employee-owned planning, design, and surveying firm. We seek a Civil Engineer, EI for transportation projects to plan and direct streets, drainage, and related facilities. You will work with clients and government officials to secure approvals and deliver feasible designs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, EI licensure or eligibility, and a willingness to travel up to 10%. Proficiency with CAD and cost estimation is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school is required.
Licensed Engineer Intern (EI) or eligible to become EI.
Must possess a valid driver license and be able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs, and directs transportation projects such as streets, roads, drainage projects, channels.
Calculates cost, feasibility, and prepares detailed cost estimates.
Uses computer aided design software to create engineering and design documents.
Prepares and modifies reports, specifications, plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
Coordinates with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals.
