ACC Recruiters is seeking a VDC Specialist for a rapidly growing, 100% ESOP-owned electrical contractor serving the Missouri region. This role focuses on coordinating documentation, project data, and cross-functional communication to keep projects on track.

You will support scheduling, resource allocation, and risk analysis, partnering with field teams, engineers, and management. A 3-5 year background in electrical construction operations is preferred, with proficiency in project management

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project documentation: Manage and maintain detailed records for electrical construction projects to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support project management teams: Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and communication to keep projects on track.
• Analyze project data: Track progress metrics and identify potential risks or delays to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between field teams, engineers, and management to streamline operations.
