Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical modeling: Develop and coordinate detailed VDC models across multiple projects and phases to ensure accuracy and constructability.


• Establish and improve BIM standards: Implement and continuously refine BIM templates, standards, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.


• Drive coordination and clash detection: Oversee multi-trade clash detection efforts, ensuring timely identification and resolution of conflicts to keep projects on track.


• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting: Serve as the primary VDC contact for project management and field teams, resolving complex modeling and software challenges.


• Mentor and develop VDC team members: Coach and guide the team to elevate technical skills and promote best practices in VDC workflows.
