Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Market Store Manager in Owensboro, KY to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and uphold our high service standards in line with company policy and local laws.

As an employee-owned retailer, Huck’s values customer focus, teamwork, and strong leadership. You will recruit, schedule, manage expenses, and drive sales while supporting ESOP principles and safe, compliant operations.

Formación

• Customer service excellence and leadership abilities are expected.
• Strong focus on store standards and teamwork.
• Experience in running store operations and inventory is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards.
• Maintains store appearance reflecting company expectations and standards.
• Ensures store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT method.
