(CEC) seeks a Civil Engineer, Assistant Project Manager to join our Bridgeport, West Virginia site development team, expanding project management, technical leadership, and client interaction on a diverse mix of commercial, industrial, energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.

You will work with Project Managers and Principals, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies through design, permitting, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Civil Land Development Engineering experience.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of site development and oil & gas projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Assist with managing civil engineering projects, maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies during project execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support client relationships and project communication to drive successful delivery.
