Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Martinsburg, WV office. Lead civil/site development projects, manage scopes, budgets, and staffing, and mentor teams while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Civil Land Development Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
• Professional Engineer License (P.E.) in West Virginia or reciprocity able.
• Experience managing and leading project teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in scope of service and budget (proposal) development and profitable project management.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil/site development projects from concept through design, permitting, bidding, and construction.
• Develop project scopes, proposals, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans while ensuring successful project execution.
• Lead project teams and perform quality control reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and client service.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local, state, and regulatory agencies throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Support and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships.
• Participate in business development and professional networking activities to support practice growth.
