Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage customers, determine needs, and promote Scheels Visa Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive customer experience based on products purchased.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight and inventory restocking.
• Assist in training new associates and participate in product training.
