Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. seeks a Construction Site Cleaner to maintain clean, organized, and safe residential job sites on our Homes program.

You will support field teams during renovations and new custom home builds, protecting finished spaces and preparing homes for move-in. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize daily cleaning needs with superintendents, maintaining cleanliness and safety on residential sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners in occupied homes to ensure a positive experience.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, and remove construction debris from interior and exterior areas.
• Protect finished surfaces and clean completed spaces to prevent damage.
• Perform final cleaning, including washing windows and preparing homes for move-in.
