Job summary

RPGFL is seeking a Construction Cleaner to keep active job sites clean, organized, and turnover-ready. The role covers rough, final, and punch-phase cleaning, including debris removal, surface detailing, and glass cleaning while supporting crews with staging and housekeeping on site.

Candidates should have prior construction cleaning experience and be able to work safely around active trades; OSHA 10 preferred or willing to obtain. Excellent attendance and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prior construction cleaning experience is required — rough, final, and post-construction cleanup on active commercial job sites.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred, or willingness to obtain before start.
• Ability to follow verbal and written direction and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, final, and punch-phase construction cleaning on assigned areas as directed by the Quality Department/Site Manager.
• Remove construction debris and transport to dumpsters or disposal points; document other trade debris.
• Sweep, mop, detail floors and surfaces; keep egress paths clear at all times.
• Detail-clean finished surfaces without damaging coatings or finishes.
• Clean glass, window frames, tracks, and sills; remove labels, adhesive, and overspray.
• Assist crews with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials and tools.
• Maintain housekeeping current throughout the shift and report safety issues immediately.
