Wright-Ryan Homes is seeking a skilled Residential Services Carpenter to join our team. This hands-on role covers repairs, renovations, and maintenance in occupied homes, blending carpentry with problem-solving and customer service to support our clients' properties.

Work includes collaborating with lead carpenters and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality on diverse projects, and maintaining excellent communication with homeowners throughout the service cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and carpentry.
• Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and job site protocols.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, manuals, and written work orders.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of carpentry work, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
• Support ongoing property care services, helping maintain and enhance high-end homes.
• Work closely with lead carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues on site and develop practical, high-quality solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, delivering a positive customer experience in occupied homes.
• Manage time effectively while balancing multiple projects and locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized job site.
