Job summary

Contemporary Home Services in the United States is seeking Commercial New Construction Cleaners to clean the interior of new construction homes across multiple phases, ensuring a move-in ready finish.

This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule during standard hours, with training provided and benefits including PTO, health/dental insurance, retirement plans, and provided equipment. Carpooling with teammates is encouraged where possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to clean apartment buildings, warehouses, restaurants, townhomes to be move-in ready.
• Drive from your home to the job sites each day, you don't have to come to our office every day.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Car Insurance.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs and be on your feet and active for up to 8 hours a day.
• Must have the ability to go up several flights of stairs.

Overview:

• Clean the interior of new construction homes throughout the multiple phases of construction and make them move-in ready.
• We are a Monday-Friday company who works within normal business hours, so you can maintain your normal home schedule as well.
