Job summary

Wallick Communities in New Albany, OH is seeking a Project Manager, Preconstruction for multifamily developments. You will lead preconstruction from acquisition through construction, coordinating with Development, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Asset Management, and Ownership to align scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires seven years in construction management with preconstruction leadership and strong experience in multifamily projects; LIHTC and affordable housing experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years leading preconstruction activities.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• LIHTC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities from project acquisition through construction.
• Coordinate with Development, Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Ownership teams.
• Develop and maintain project milestone schedules.
• Coordinate design development with architects and engineers.
• Lead procurement and bid management.
• Mentor and supervise the Preconstruction Trade Partner Qualification Coordinator.
