Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. Pharmacists collaborate with care teams without retail interruptions, focusing on clinical care and strong patient relationships.

LTC experience isn’t required; training is provided to learn our systems and care model. Daytime hours and a supportive team environment characterize our work culture.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for the individuals and care teams we serve.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed.
• Participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives.
• Work alongside your pharmacy team to provide accurate, timely care.
