Job summary
Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a pharmacist to join its 100% employee-owned closed-door operation in Missouri. This role focuses on clinical care for IDD and behavioral health patients, with no retail counter distractions and daytime hours.

Qualifications
- PharmD degree
- Active Missouri Pharmacist License or ability to obtain before starting
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Collaborative, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion for the individuals and care teams we serve
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
- Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals
- Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
- Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers
- Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed
- Participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives
- Work alongside your pharmacy team to provide accurate, timely care
